I know I'm not the only one who gets cravings. I get them really bad in the evening. I wake up and can go through the whole day just fine, but then I know the evening is going to be a battle. Anyone have any tips? I usually always try to have a glass of water by me just to have something to reach for, but damn sometimes it just gets so ***king hard. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

before you grab for the twinkies or choclate chip cookies drop a couple of hydroxycut down you. BTW carbs before bed are VERY BAD! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I get the same thing. I have found that drinking some Crystal Light helps a little. It tastes sweet but it doesn't have any sugar. It kind of fools my body into thinking I ate something sugary. I also eat an apple if I get dizzy and have the really bad carb cravings. Fructose is low glycemic and apples increase insulin sensitivity so they are perfect for a diet unless you are doing those stupid carb free diets. giantset ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
