Do you ever run across this guy " i don't want to take test or dbol because they bloat me." This is the same guy who does 1 primobolan a week and thinks by march he'll look like coleman. Now i don't know about ya'll but i never could really tell if i was bloated from something untill i was under 9% body fat. I did reforvit and 1,200mg of test up to 3 weeks out from my show. What do you mean bloated! You're just fat. Now don't get me wrong i like to help people who honestly don't know or who need honest advise, but for people to make a claim like this. This is the same person who eats tubby's subs, and becasue it was chicken he says he ate CLEAN today. Bullshit. | ||

What's a 'tubby sub'? Hehe, I know the sort. I try not to get to wound up over peoples ideas. If you try and explain and they don't listen than what can you do? I wish I'd have listened some more years back to the big guys, but no - I had to learn by my own mistakes. Now I'm one of the big guys myself (I'd have been bigger a lot sooner if only I'd just listened!), I remember that smart ass kid I was. ------------------ | ||

That's just it. THey read something in a magazine or somewhere and just run with it. And if you try to help them understand they just say " i don't think that's right. How do you REALLY know if something bloates you. A 2 liter of pop will bloat you, but as for something like potatos, how do you know. BTW Tubby is a sub shop in Mi know for alot of cheese and mayo and/or ranch dressing on there subs. | ||

Yeah I we all know these guys- Ibet their is alot on this board. Guys that walk around over 15% bodyfat and tell you shit like -I only have a cheat day a week---Im strick all week so its no problem for me to eat bad one day!---Pretty funny shit!---Or guys that say they are dieting and in the gym you see them suck down 400cal-100gram -carbs drinks with 50 grams of sugar before they workout--- |
