Just like to say hi to all, i am new to the board, now i see that you have a diet board also, but no one seems to respond to it, so here goes:
Before i start my next mass cycle, i NEED to lose about 4 inches off of my gut, it's the only place on my body that i am fat, i'm guessing that i could loose a good 15lbs of fat. I'm not talking about ripped to shreads, just loose the gut. Each time I do a cycle, i end up fatter and fatter when i am done. Now it's starting to get out of control. I've done the keto diet and it sucks for me, so please don't suggest that. Also cannot take ECA, i get migranes when i take it. I am about 200-205 lbs, 5'8. Currently i'm guesssing that i consume approx 1500-2000 cal a day. I just can't seem to get rid of this fat. Ideas on diet and cardio would be greatly appreciated, oh yeah i should metion that i want to do this naturally, i wanna save the A.S. for the mass cycle.

Initially I was going to remind you of that famous Led Zeppelin song "Whole Lotta Clen" - but now you are saying you want to do this naturally without AS.
Which then begs the question - why is this on the AS board then?
There is a training board that would be great for it.
Otherwise, I'd say you should use the biggest muscles in your body everyday - run, run, and then run some more. one day do intervals, the next day lsd (long slow distance), then back to intervals, then back to lsd - etc etc etc.
ever seen a runner with a gut? not really.

Well Lush I dont really know if its possible or not, of course you should be doing cardio at least 30-45 mins a day first thing in morning on an EMPTY stomach. Try to limit your carbs and fat intake while keeping your protein high. Also my best advice....get some T3 its very cheap and the shit is outstanding. Its not an AS its a thyroid... Its like $15 for 100 tabs 25mcg per tab. Start out taking 1 tab a day (25mcg) for first 5 days then 2 tabs for 5 days then 3 tabs for 5 days then 4 tabs and then back down the same way you went up. Becareful T3 is potent down go up to quick or down to quick or you'll be on it the rest of your life. This cycle has worked great for me and very safe as far as dosages go.
