Gonna try my first cycle, and planning on using deca. A friend suggests I take some winnie tabs EoD to help with some possible side affects. Money being a factor, will the winnie tabs make enough of a difference or should I just solo the deca. Thanks all    | ||

If you are taking winny orally you should take it in two-three doses ED. The halflife is 9 hours.  | ||

As long as you are using less than 400mg/week of Deca then you do not need the Winny. Only people that are very prone to gyno should worry about any side effects. Just use the Deca by itself. | ||

Another question: What is advised with the deca to help slim-down. Workin' on reducin this spare tire at the same time. And cost is a factor. |
