for anyone using these in the future - the dbol are retard proof - just swallow em every 4 hours. the hells (the one on the right) have a metal covering on them - use a pen or mechanical pencil to push on the metal top - that will curve it up and you can pull it out of the way, then the pin will slide through the rubber stopper no prob. the middle one, the Oragnon sust, they aren't pre scored so they shatter if you don't prescore it. I just took a pen cap that had a metal clip on it and scored them with that and then broke it with the cap over top of it. the first one I didn't score and just brute forced it and the top shatterd - luckily I caught it all in the pen top. anyone else's thoughts on these would be great! ------------------ | ||
