What is this product used for i heard it was more of just an energy boost but i have also heard its used to loose weight. i am trying to gain weight so should I be avoiding this or is it worth taking?!     | ||

Works both ways,depending on how you manipulate your diet & training to reach your goals.Having said that,i use a strong eca before training rather than u.orange. ------------------ | ||
