I'm one week away from my next cycle and I'm going to do DNP this next week before beginning. I had a cycle planned out months ago for my leftover but dont remember if this is right. Day I have it structured this way gathering info from our 'A' friend and how he finds the half life to allow you to take it at longer intervals. Does this look OK? BTW- take with food correct?     | ||

Well,i run 7 days on,200mgs am,200mgs pm.I know some guys who take it with food.I didn't & after finishing last Friday,i'd dropped 10lbs bf. ------------------ |
