I agree...they let him off waaaaaay to easy. The jury aquitted him of Murder1, instead convicted him of the lesser "conspiracy to commit murder" charge. For god sakes...he hired someone to kill his GF...what the heck isnt premeditated about that. | ||

My friends and I used to find guys that treated their women with disrespect and beat the living hell out of them. i live here in charlotte, and there was a big stir about this crap. I can't figure it out either, he was charged with shooting in to an occupied car, and he didn't even do the actual shooting, and by the way, the baby did live i think, just the woman died, so one of the charges was attempting to kill an unborn child with an instrument of destruction or some shit. ANyways, that bastard should have gotten the death penalty | ||

Different parts of this country are so different. Living in the northeast I don't even consider that to be a death penalty case. He didn't fire the gun, so he shouldn't be killed. Then again that's because they're very lenient, or should I say scared, to use the death penalty up here. bros its a crock of shit, look I think the shit was a setup, why would a guy making a million a year want to kill over child support, plus the court denied phone conversations from 2 weeks to the day of the murder from being used in the court as evidence that it was a drug deal gone bad, now isnt that fucked up! Bottom line is its a sad situation, I hope the fucker runs free, man the gunman confessed in jail to a jailer he shot out of rage over a drug deal. | ||

MrH, he was found guilty of shooting the gun into an occupied car, and of trying to destroy an unborn fetus. It was NOT a drug deal gone bad, that fucker should die. They have his girl on tape saying that he did it!!! My god!! I know everyone is entitled to an opinion, but to say it was a set up is bullshit. That is horrible and disrespecting to the dead girl and her family. I don't think it would hurt if Ray showed just a little bit of remorse for the situation. Cold hearted bastard should take the needle. | ||
