My first cycle. I am 5'10, 175 lbs. My goal is to gain 10-15 lbs of quality muscle and drop a little in bodyfat. Weeks 1-4: 400mg Deca every 4 days I am going to eat clean with at least 300g Protein a day. I am not going to do any cardio until Week 9. I know Sus will help me gain more, but I only want to gain 10-15 lbs of quality muscle with as little water retention as possible. What do you guys think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
