how do you guys shoot this, any of you just whack it once a week cause of the high mg or what??? the reason i ask this cause i got mine yesterday and started whacking my test as usual (500mg enan. 100mg prop)on sunday, then before i knew--i whacked 1 1/2cc(450mg) of deca in my quad--when i only wanted to take either 300 or 450mg/wk..(havent- decided).. ..so question is where do i go from here???? and whats the best way to take 300mg, 450mg a week w/ this ttokkyyo-stuff???????? /////THANKS////// ------------------ [This message has been edited by ROIDRANGER (edited January 22, 2001).] | ||

Well it only needs to be shot once a week. As for which dose to shoot, thats up to you - probably not a big difference in sides at that mg's so either way, depending on previous experience. ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board)

?? I don't know, maybe your confusing EQ with Deca, EQ was *thought* to needed to be shot eod but even that is ok once a week. A reason for spreading deca (or EQ) out during the week is if your taking sus or aratest shots 3 times a week to help deaden the prop pain a bit. ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board)

It was probably the 50/50 bottle of deca. You would need to split it up 2 or 3 times a weeks. 450mg of deca is solid. I was told to take 2mg per lbs of body weight. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." | ||

2mg per lb of bodyweight? Wow...there goes my light cycle of deca idea. I weigh nearly 300lbs alread and this will be my first size cycle (slin & fina before). Do I really need 600mg deca a week? Is this conversion for lean body mass or just total body weight. I am not fat...but I am not ripped either. B True | ||

Slopain...you can shoot EQ once a week?...So what would you recommend weekly doses for how long..Plan on eventually stacking it with oral winny and clen/eca. ------------------ | ||

Yes you can. It really depends on your size, experience, and goals (cut or bulk or bridge) give me more info and will you be stacking this cycle or just 'eventually'? I'm 200lbs 6' at 17%BF<--fricken holidays Been on/off for ten years-dedicated lifting for the past 5.Have bulk cycle planned and the gear on hand . Just planning on a good cutting 2nd cycle Planned on oral winny @50 or 100ed-clen/eca 2on/off, and was going to go with Deca for sore joints from use of winny.Would EQ do the trick for me instead of Deca? So this is your second cycle correct? But you want to hit up a cutter before a bigger bulking up one? You have been lifting on and off (gotta watch how you use that term on this board lol) for 10 years. Well I would say do the EQ with the winny, its a nice combo - save the deca for your bulking cycle. The EQ won't do anything for sore joints, but if your just hedgin against the winny its not that bad at all on the joints. So I'd run the winny at 50mg ED, and the Eq at 300-400mg /week. I like the clen/eca switch off. My doses arent high because on this I think your goal is to drive your bf% down while maintaining muscle. You may drop a few pounds of weight, but you will be dropping alot of fat and adding some muscle. Diet and Cardio is key - you won't do anything if they aren't structured right. I consider this kind of a light cycle to maintain your muscle. If you want to go heavier you can do that too. ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board)

LOL..on/off for 10 but..notice 5 dedicated busten balls at the gym dedicated..I was hesitant to put on/off but I won't bullshit ya. I haven't started my first cycle yet- bulk the traditional Omna@500 Dbol 6/5/5/4/4..clo@100/50 Nol on hand. Just wanted to plan the 2nd cycle out..won't bridge though. Slo thankyou for your time bro. hehe I meant that most bros will take that as you have been cycling "on and off" for 10 years lol. Ok so it will still be your second cycle.
