im gonna do a cycle of sust/deca and i want to know if it's gonna make me slower in my sprinting speed or make me faster. just wonderin.

"For speed you need nerve excitation and coordination along with the power. Test is the best. Winstrol will get you busted as would deca and abombs just suck. See below for my application of just about any AS for endurance and speed.
Now, for the training, you have to train the nerves as I mentioned above and the best way to train your legs to go fast is on a stationary bike. Put some resistance, but no to much, like 150Watts or so, and then warm-up for ten minutes. AFter that you are gonna do 5-10 intervals of 120RPM for 1 minute and then back. (Work your way to 200rpm)
First you need to know that any AS will saturate your HPT so you will need clomid in the end.
I have rather extensive experience with this on my own and with consulting other elite athletes. Yes, the sport is cycling, but
sprinting and endurance are all the same.
Any AS will increase your hematocrit which is going to help recovery and slow lactic acid build-up but can you find the AS that does
that with the least amount of sides? Read on.
If you want to take a test based AS you will need to take an anti E to keep water wt down and supressing E also stops fat
deposition and aids in fat loss.
Winny probably won't do much, but make you ripped. Didn't do a thing for endurance and stays in the body a long time.
Deca just sucks all around.
Anadrol sides are too great and can't be controlled with an anti-E so any hematocrit and strength benefits are outweighed with water
gain and tightness.
Trenbolone is good for strength and power, but inhibits endurance and my inhibit sprinting because of the pumps that may hurt.
Pumps hurt in the legs.
Test is good for all this, but you will need the anti-E as mentioned above and you still may get the pumps.
Dbol tends to cause pumping in the calves that hurts or inhibits endurance and you will do well to take an anti-E with that, too.
In the end, however, I've found that if you take the dbol at 10-15mg after and only after a workout, you eliminate most of the sides
and you get all the benefits. This has worked on numerous people in various sports. (If I was doing it, though I would take 1/4mg of
anastrozole EOD, too, but for most it's not necessary on this protocol.)
Another experiment to try maybe taking an oil based testosterone shot like Tp, 6-12 hours before your workout because it peaks in
about 12 hours. A water based shot would be taken about 6 hours before. You wouldn't need any more than 100-200mg on workout
days. (Tp can be put into a water based solution as well which would allow for better control.) "
