Okay, I've injected in the quad before - seemed easier and I had no issues. But with more frequent injections I may need more rotation sites. So where (described in words or good pictures - preferably a chick ass do I inject in the glutes and not hit the sciatic? Outer cheek? Center cheek? Upper/lower?<p>
Thanks...

Imagine dividing your cheek into quarters with invisible lines. Hit the upper/outer quarter of the glute. There is quite a bit of space there, you should have no problems with hitting the sciatic nerve.

I'm sure I got this from you guy's , didn't someone say you should check to see if u get blood in the syringe b4 injecting by pulling back. If so don't inject. Must be difficult to do this when injecting in your glutes

It's not that hard to pullback, just use the bathroom mirror to check.
