doing sust,eq,d-bol of course clomid nolv. what kind of diet do people use meaning types of food steak chicken,tuna give some example as well as how often aling with protein shakes i will add

im goin on a mass cycle... this is my first cycle period, (deca, d-bol)... anyways i figured id give ya my diet it could help ya out a bit.. here ya go:

WAKE - mulit, vit c, vit e, vit b-complex
8:00 - 1/2 cup oatmeal
�������9 ounces water
�������scoop of protein powder
�������2 equals
�������tblspoon of creamy peanut butter
���- all together
10:00 - protein bar
12:00- 1/2 lb turkey
��������tblespoon dijon mustard
��������2 pieces of wheat bread
��������low fat yogurt
2 hard boiled eggs
2:00 - protein shake(n2large)
4:00 - 2 chicken breasts
�������1 bun
�������honey mustard sauce
lo fat yogurt cup
6:30 - LIFT MY A$$ OFF!
8:30 - protein shake(n2large)
9:30 - 2 turkey sandwiches
�������pita bread
�������little bit of bbq sauce
�������few tablespoons of lowfat cottage cheese
banana
gatorade
BED - vit c ,vit e and possibly another protein shake(n2large) or protein bar

- shoot for a gallon of water a day and maybe a coffee or 2 in the morning

Steak I'm trying to have ed,cheesburger with bacon and fried egg on top,2-3 BigMacs for lunch,meatloaf with mash potatoes,pasta with seafood or meat,pizza with pepperoni and sausage(my goal is to eat 4 slices at once,but so far I could manage only 3),lb or two of boiled shrimp,3-4yougurts a day(good for digestion),all kind of meat sandwiches(cornbeef,pastrami,sausage,turkey,chicken,etc),fries,fried seafood,KFC chicken(original),ice cream,cheescake,protein shakes,protein bars,milk,egg omellets and boiled eggs(as a snack),etc,etc.
Things like chicken breast,egg whites,oatmeal,etc I leave for cutting.

Ive actually been experimenting this bulking cycle with a more mild diet. My normal mass diet is much like the above mentioned but Im very close to a perfect mesomorph and can pack on bodyfat easily, and I get sick of dieting forever in the summer.

Ive not paid much attention this time out to total caloric intake, but I can say its close to the 3500 mark. I do manage my carbs and protein closely.

My diet for the most part consists of this daily.

Breakfast:
8 whole eggs scrambled
4 pieces of whole wheat toast with brummel and brown butter.
1c of oatmeal.

Lunch:
1 M.Q. Triple Threat MRP
1c of brown rice

****Workout****

Postworkout
100g of simple sugar/5g of creatine/5g of glutamine.
25g of penta pro

5pm:
8oz chicken breast(I alternate this with 2 lean hamburger patties twice a week).
1c of lowfat cottage cheese
2c of brown rice, or pasta.

7pm:
Champion Nutrition's Super Heavy Weight Gainer 1200.

9pm:
Same as 5pm

11pm:
1 M.Q. Triple Threat MRP
2 rice cakes.

Midnight I wake up for a 25g penta pro shake and back off to sleep.

Ive gained slowly on this diet, but what Ive put on (about 9lbs so far) is hard, and tight, and my bf has not shot up much at all, perhaps 1-1 1/2%

On my off days, I lower my carbs quite a bit, will taper my protein just a hair for two days, then slam it back up for 5 more.

Seems to be working well thus far.
