im goin on a mass cycle... this is my first cycle period, (deca, d-bol)... anyways i figured id give ya my diet it could help ya out a bit.. here ya go: WAKE - mulit, vit c, vit e, vit b-complex - shoot for a gallon of water a day and maybe a coffee or 2 in the morning �������hope this helps a bit ------------------ | ||

Steak I'm trying to have ed,cheesburger with bacon and fried egg on top,2-3 BigMacs for lunch,meatloaf with mash potatoes,pasta with seafood or meat,pizza with pepperoni and sausage(my goal is to eat 4 slices at once,but so far I could manage only 3),lb or two of boiled shrimp,3-4yougurts a day(good for digestion),all kind of meat sandwiches(cornbeef,pastrami,sausage,turkey,chicken,etc),fries,fried seafood,KFC chicken(original),ice cream,cheescake,protein shakes,protein bars,milk,egg omellets and boiled eggs(as a snack),etc,etc. Things like chicken breast,egg whites,oatmeal,etc I leave for cutting. | ||

Ive actually been experimenting this bulking cycle with a more mild diet. My normal mass diet is much like the above mentioned but Im very close to a perfect mesomorph and can pack on bodyfat easily, and I get sick of dieting forever in the summer. Ive not paid much attention this time out to total caloric intake, but I can say its close to the 3500 mark. I do manage my carbs and protein closely. My diet for the most part consists of this daily. Breakfast: Lunch: ****Workout**** Postworkout 5pm: 7pm: 9pm: 11pm: Midnight I wake up for a 25g penta pro shake and back off to sleep. Ive gained slowly on this diet, but what Ive put on (about 9lbs so far) is hard, and tight, and my bf has not shot up much at all, perhaps 1-1 1/2% On my off days, I lower my carbs quite a bit, will taper my protein just a hair for two days, then slam it back up for 5 more. Seems to be working well thus far. ------------------ |
