im soo excited ive been waiting for awhile now.. im ready to go. ttokkyo deca. im doin 400mg/week(8weeks).. i just wanted to check on if what would be better or easier.. my ass or my quad.. i only think quad bc its right here in front but.. im just checkin.. and also.. to make sure when i stick it in all the way.. i pull out on the plunger a little bit to check if what some bubbles come up? if someone would be kind enough to fill me in on this before i do this.. i dont want to mess up..if someone has some time.. please just give me some help here.. thanks alot bros... ------------------ | ||

i would do the glute if i were you, its easy and less nerves. Just wipe the upper outer portion of your ass with an alcohol swab and let the alcohol dry. Squeeze a few drops of oil out of the needle and let it run down the needle to lubricate it. Then just push it in your arse. After you push it all the way in, pull back a little and check for a bubble or two, if you are in a vein you will see red instantly. Then just slowly push the juice on in and there it is!! | ||

thanks guys, im s frrrigggin jacked to do this.. it didnt help watching the program like a half hour ago. if any of u have ever seen that movie u will understand what im going thru(Lattimer) anyways.. thanks alot.. im doin 400/week should i do 2 shots? or do one ? im gonna do it in my glute.. to be safer.. but im doin it tomorrow morning.. is there a time when its better to do it? like before workouts? after? or off days? let me know thanks brossssssssssss!~!!!!!!! ------------------ |
