I want to train from Monday to Friday(Sat. and Sun off days)because it's convienient for me.I want to train the body parts as hard as I can.I will be starting another bulking cycle in a month or so.I hurt back half way through first cycle. Should I train one body part per day or more than one body part a day.I will be training abs every day mon-fri.I was wondering if anyone can help with a training program or show me what your guys training schedule's are like.Thanks!!! ------------------ | ||

i wouldnt do shoulders after chest because you use ur shoulders alot during chest Monday chest bis if you do this hard and right with alot of focus you will feel it | ||

I train EOD alternating between: BACK/CHEST I get my triceps worked a little more often because my back/chest workout includes pullups & dips. I train abs everyday with 100 situps before bed 7 days a week and crunches at the gym before every workout. I lift HEAVY with a warmup set of 12 reps followed by 3 sets of 6-8 to failure. Every other day workouts work great because you essentially hit every body part every 6 days. | ||

I train Mon-Fri. Mon- Chest and Tris Tue-Back and Bis Wed- Off day Thurs-Legs Fri-Shoulders On the weekends i just rest and eat. This works for me, i always go heavy as hell with high intensity, no playing around, get sore as hell. Eat like a mad man and get plenty of sleep and grow. | ||

You should definitely train only one bodypart a day, and training abs everyday wouldn't be such a good idea. This was my schedule before I got hurt. Monday: Chest Chest and Back, you should train for no more than an hour each, You should train your weakest bodyparts mon and fri, and your best on wed. If you want to add more time for abs, add it on mon and wed. Personnally I use high volume training and mid reps(no lower than 7), and about 1-1.5 min rest between sets. | ||

you guys who train 5 times a week are way overtraining, even on juice. Training abs everyday will leed nowhere, it is just crazy. do everything once a week. Again MUSCLES GROW WHEN YOU REST, NOT WHEN YOU ARE IN THE GYM. Evreyone kows this but a lot of people seem not to remember it when they are desining their training scheddule. | ||

Fener, your right, but it can be done without overtaining if you eat right and train for a max of one and a half hours at max intensity, and if you sleep OVER eight hours. | ||

mon- chest, tri tues-back, bi, forearms wed- legs, shoulders, abs thurs- sleep, eat fri-abs repeat try not to stay in the gym to long. go in, bust your ass, get out. eat and sleep. my opinion. | ||
