Look...everytime i join a new gym i think it is obligatory that they friggin give u a workout schedule (@ least in france).

And ALL of them say 3 sets per body part.
WTF? I do like 12! 12 of 6-8 reps , mad intense.
WTF? why 3? Is there a benefit to this?
I ve only been gaining...no loss here!
