Hey guys, i am going to give you every detail of everyday, i have had a lot of responce to this cycle, so i will post my diet and cycling info, if you want my workout info, i will have that ready on the sunday following the workout week Start Week 1 BAD NEW, GH wont be here untill next week Monday�s Schedule Week 1 7:00am- Morning Shake (MyoPlex Plus) Total> Cal=460, Fat=2g, Carbs=50g, Pro=58g AS> 25mg Dbol 10:00am- Breakfast (6 whites, 3 yolks Jumbo eggs, 2 packages Oatmeal) Total> Cal=600, Fat=19g, Carbs=64g, Pro=44g 1:00pm- Lunch (2 can tuna mixed with 2 package Ramen Noodle) Total> Cal=1120, Fat=30.5g, Carbs=104g, Pro=81g 3:00pm- Pre-Workout Snack (Pure Protein Bar, Peanut Butter Flavor) 3:30pm- 1 of 2 Injections per week 4:00pm Workout (Chest, Abs-Resistance) 5:00pm Post workout Total> Cal=590, Fat=0g, Carbs=105g, Pro=40g 7:00pm Dinner (Chicken and Mushrooms with light soy sauce with Broccoli rice au gratin 9:00pm Snack (1 cup imitation crap meant)
Totals for the Day- Cal=4587, Fat=66.5g, Carbs=424.5g, Pro=421.4g Water throughout day, 1gallon minimum

All the best bro. I noticed your first meal in the am is only 460 calories. Are you planning on waking frequently in the night to feed yourself. Looking forward to your porgress bro. Well thought out cycle with good meals. What about having a cup of cottage cheese with that Pure Pro in the evening so slow down the digestion of the whey protein? I know you want to watch your carbs that late in the day, but an ounch of low fat large curd has less than a gram of carbs. i agree that you need more calories in the morning and you should take in more calories throughout the day. i usually get in about 6000-7000 calories a day when im on. other than that your cycle and diet look fantastic! this is just my opinion though. cant wait to see the results should be awesome. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Rugby player i am takine 20 hours, just with the night classes and saturday class my weekly schedule is really nice BTW all senior classes About the diet, i dont know how you can eat anymore, and eat clean, i am trying to grow muscles not a third chin and a gut Cost...welll i get my Supps at wholesale so figure 400 a month i buy all my gear in huge bulk to get good deals Juice well lets say Test suspen 40 winny zambons Injectable Anadrol Slin Fina Primo Anavar Clomid Nolva Armidex grocery bill per week for 22 weeks TOTAL GUY YOU MUST REALIZE I WORKED ALL SUMMER TO SAVE FOR THIS CYCLE, THIS IS MY LAST HUGE CYCLE CAUSE I HAVE TO GO INTO THE BUSINESS WORLD (NOT LOOKING LIKE A FREAK) SO THIS IS MY LAST SHOT AT 300 ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
