Am finishing my cycle took my last shot of omnadran 10 days ago have been using 1 clomid erevyday. How should I lift to mantain my gains. Have lost a couple pounds probably just a little water. | ||

i agree with the eat more calories , unless u want to cut, but no way do i agree with lift 3 times a week. at least lift 5 times a week, yeah make sure u dont over train, like only do 12 sets per body part, but three days? hell no pump hard or dont pump at all man. | ||

Train EOD,lift heavy,only basics,and limit your # of sets per bodypart.Keep eating heavy also ------------------ | ||

PERSONALLY, I THINK FIVE TIMES A WEEK IS OVERTRAINING. IF YOU WORK OUT INTENSELY EACH WORKOUT DAY, YOU CAN GET GOOD RESULTS AND ENOUGH TIME FOR RECUPERATION. UNLESS YOU ARE ON A CYCLE WHERE RECUPERATION TIME IS REDUCED, I WOULD STICK WITH 3 TIMES A WEEK. | ||

while on a cycle 5 days is good Off cycle 3 mon,wed,fri If you are training to much off a cycle and your test levels are down you will loose size | ||

The main goal for me when comeing off is to keep as much strength as possible without over training. The only variables I change when coming off are less sets. While on I'll do 8 - 12 sets for a large muscle group, but when off I'll keep it at 8 through out. Stick to the basic movements and fight to keep lifing the same weight you were lifting while on. You may very well keep gaining. | ||

train no more than 3 times a week, maby it would be better 2. Train intense but do a few sets for each bodypart. After cycle you're in a catabolic state and training can aggravate it if not done essentially. |
