If you want to get to 200lbs then eat like a 200lb man its that simple. Make sure you dont overtrain, high protein intake and plenty of sleep. It is that simple, dont turn to drugs for a solution use tham as means of aiding you in getting where you want to go. If you want to get cut then restrict calories, even higher protein intake, smart training, plenty of sleep and very healthy calories. Consume less calories than your body needs to maintain weight. It really is that simple. Products that help increase your metabolism will also aid you along. ------------------

I'd definitely have to say that you are doing something wrong. It's most likely your daily life keeping you back. Do you get at least 8 hours of sleep per night? Do you have a high stress job? Are you eating enough? In order for steroids to work you must get alot of calories. Primo is the only steroid which is still effective on low caloric diets. Are you training properly? How many times per week are you training each body part? Once? Twice? Are you hitting the weights heavy at every single workout? You shouldn't go heavy all the time! What you really need is a personal trainer. Some people just need some guidance on a daily basis to keep doing things right! He will keep tabs on your diet, sleeping habits, workouts, cardio and so on. If you have the money invest into one. If not start using a log book to keep track of everything, what you eat, how long you sleep, how much cardio you do, how much weight you lift and what routines you've done to include exact excersises. ------------------

DIVER, a quick question. Isn't what the Cuban said the same as what I said but not in so many words? El Cubano, no disrespect to your goodself but doesn't parabolan or the active substance in it, tren, also a good drug that works well on a calorie restricted diet. Peace ------------------ |
