Today is the end of week 5 for me. I haven't really gained any weight in the last two weeks. My strength has dropped SUBSTATIALLY each of my last two chest workouts. Two workouts ago, I got 315 for 8, 315 for 8, 335 for 7. Today, I got 315 for 8, 315 for 7, then didn't do a third set because my shoulders were fucking KILLING me, and because I was so disgusted with my performance. I've been off the d-bol for a week, but I'm still using 500mg of Sust per week. Should my strength be dropping like this??? I have definitely lost some of the water I was holding with the d-bol, cuz i don't feel nearly as bloated. I'm just confused. This is my first bulking cycle and I don't know if this is typical. Please let me know what you think. ------------------ | ||

How about overtraining? I know when i take a week off, i come back stronger than ever. | ||

Hadn't thought of that... but I don't think so. If it is overtraining, then I'm a damn pussy, cuz I'm only lifting 4 times per week. Either way, I can't really see myself taking a week off in the middle of my bulking cycle. ------------------ | ||

All that you can do is try not to think about it and continue with your cycle. If your not done yet, it'll probably come back. | ||

hows your diet? if you slack on your diet it will show in your workouts!! just a thought!! |
