I've been keeping the 'roid usage private from the wifey and needless to say have been injecting myself, but I've gotta say, it is a literal pain in the ass. Is there a better muscle for those who inject themselves? The ass shots wouldn't be so bad, but I'm paranoid of hitting a vein so I always pull back the plunger a bit and check out the syringe to make sure there is no blood. Is that really all that necessary? Thx broz. RICO     | ||

Bro, Use 1" pins and shoot your quads. It's a lot easier and works just as well as the glutes. As far as pulling back on the plunger goes, you should always do it. You'll likely never hit a blood vessel if you push the needle in far enough, but if you hit an a blood vessel just once you'll regret it. Better to be safe than sorry. LATE | ||

They get easier. I use both glutes and quads. I always rotate. And yes you should pull back. As far as the wife goes, you really should tell her. I mean that is your wife, not just some girl. If she finds out she will have a hard time trusting you. Your better off letting her know of your activities. She may surprise you. | ||

It will be hard keeping it from someone you live with. Bring up the subject gently and feel her out and see how she feels about it. Try and put steroids in a good light and dispell the negative ideas that she may have. If she seems like she won't freak, tell her. You know her better than us. I live alone and have gotten use to self injections to the point that I wouldn't trust someone who does not know what they are doing to jab me. Good luck. ghans | ||

If it were me I'd just go ahead and tell her you're using. What if she does find out that you're "hiding" it from her. She may think that you're hiding other things, and you really don't want that... | ||

I stick myself but I do it in the quad with a 1". Its easier to see and you don't have to be a contortionist E | ||

DEFINATLY TELL YOUR WIFE FOR ALL THE REASONS STATED ABOVE AND THEN SOME,ALSO INJECT IN THE UPPER OUTER OF THE QUAD ITS A HELL OF ALOT EASIER THAN THE GLUTES AS FAR AS SELF INJECTIONS ARE CONCEARNED, I INJECT MYSELF AND MY LIVE IN GIRLFRIEND IS A NURSE. always pull back, it only takes a couple of seconds. and you will finally get used to doin the shots yourself, it took me a while but now i wouldnt let anybody else give me a shot. mike ------------------ | ||

Everytime somebody suggests telling about juicing or cheating I see an awaiting catastrophe with my mind�s eye ... Women will very rarely understand let alone encourage juicing... but this is still only my opinion. I will also have hard time sticking the pin in my ass when I start my rookie cycle (some time in the near future, hopefully). Anyway I have jokingly asked my girlfriend to do it... | ||

I remember when my girlfriend used to give me the injections ( how nice it was) and now there are times that i just forfit the shot and tell myself i'll do it tomorrow. So i know where your coming from. | ||

Injecting your self is a small price to pay for the outcome of the use of AS don't you think. Use a 23 gauge 1 1/2 inch in the ass and a 23 gauge 1 inch in the thigh. Always pull back if you inject into a vein your f**ked. | ||

People keep saying "if you shoot in a vein your're fucked..." Well on that note I will say this: I have shot in a vein and I honestly thought i was gonna die... no shit. I enjoy shooting myself in the ass. Reaching aroud to the behind isn't a problem for me. As for the 23 gauge needles...no bro...use an 18 or 20 gauge. | ||

I read a post awhile back where a guy said when he injected into his glutes he would sit in a kitchen chair that had a back rest at the top and a gap at the bottom, and he would shift his weight to one cheeck and shoot into the other. He said it was rather easy. If that was even true what do you guys think? Do you think that would make it easier? | ||

i told my wife, now she injects in in the glute for me ,so much nicer because when i do it myself i roll the pin and it hurts for a couple of days.. ------------------ |
