OK...I am not very experienced with gear. The only things that I have ever taken have been fina and insulin. I have grown both in size and strength greatly from them. On my last cycle of fina I took a different approach for my last 2-3 weeks. I thought about what it took to gain strength. I thought about the drugs that really helped with strength. Dbol, Adrol, Test, etc... What are some of the things that they all have in common? One of them is that they cause you to hold good amounts of water in your skin/body. I then thought that maybe by increasing the water that my body was holding may or may not increase my strength. I began eating around 500-700 grams of carbs a day. Mostly white rice. I would mix in a little butter, LOTS of soy sauce, and LOTS of montreal chicken seasoning. I drank a lot of water to go along with this too. Kept to my regular gallon or so a day. On my first cycle of fina I noticed that for the first 3-4 weeks my strength went up greatly. My last 2-3 weeks showed signs of my strength leveling off or staying the same. On the cycle that I did last with the sodium manupilation I noticed that my strength had leveled off till I reached week 5, when I increased my sodium intake greatly. It then consistantly increased once again. I realize that this method of forcing my body to hold water may not be the healthiest method in the world...but I guess that I give a little to get a little. When would this come in handy? Maybe when one takes some dbol and feels like they piss away all of their gains from it when they stop. Maybe if one were to go on a high sodium diet when they stopped the dbol...they may keep a little more of their gains. Entertaining ideas....what do you think? B True | ||

Good idea. Very Dan Duchaine-ish. I would just use creatine. |
