Ok, I'm planning my next cycle, I will run it for approx a month: 1st week: 7 dbols/day How does this look? I hope to gain 20lbs off this, and put at least an inch to my arms (although I hope for more) I'll try to eat about 2000c more than maintenance, and try to eat as clean as possible, I want to minimize fat as much as possible. What do you hormone eggsheads think? ------------------

What's your reason behind doing a 1 month cycle? Short cycles (2 weeks) are meant to not supress your natural test levels. 1 month will definitely do that, so either look into doing a short cycle or do a full cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree with gaav. Break it up and do a couple of short cycles. That way your natural test is not suppressed (at least not much if it is) and you have fewer sides. Plus, the gains seem to be more permanent. To get some more info, do a search for Drexx and short. He has done a few of them and has some really good posts about them. Hey bro, unless you are as genetically gifted as superman you aint gonna gain 20lbs on that one month cycle. 300mgs of cypionate = approximately 200mgs of raw test (roughly on par with natural production) which will simply shut down natural levels and replace it with synthetic test. If you desire a great SHORT cycle that won't hurt test levels, grab some HIGH quality Deca Durabolin, like Organon or Norma. You'll know when you got some good nandrolone when you can't breathe all that great the first day or two you're on it. It just kinda makes your chest feel heavy. After that, you feel like superman and it opens your body up to all kinds of immediate gains. Stay off the carbs, and eat at least 3000 calories and drink/eat about 300g protein a day. As for the cycle, just do 400 for 2 weeks and take 50mg clomid a day for 7 days after that. You'll be totally side effect free, and you can put on 5 pure lean mass pounds if you do it right, and sleep well. I never retain any water when I do this, and my bodyfat actually evaporates in these two weeks for me. Deca is a wonder drug when used briefly for me, but I don't care much for it on long cycles, because it increases chances for blood clots greatly. I'm kind of paranoid as to the side effects of roids, so this is about all I ever do in the way of steroids. Plus my family is really church going, and they aren't stupid to boot. They would for sure know I was on roids if I packed on 30 pounds in 2 months on some freaky sus cycle, plus I have no desire to attempt to drop 10 pounds of water after I'm done on a cycle. I'm not that huge, I just look good, not gross. I'm only 5'9" 185, but I'm pretty damn lean. I hope this helps you some. This is my best advice if you are tyring to avoid side effects and get a boost in the gym. I guarantee it will get you past your sticking points until you get ready to do this again, in about a month after you quit. Peace out bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I forgot to mention, by the way, to split the 400 per week up into 2 shots of 200, preferrably on say a Monday and then Thursday. That's only 4 shots total, and you just got a free 5 pounds lean mass. It adds up after a while. Be patient. You may not notice weight gain, but you will be putting on muscle regardless, at least it does for me. Most of the time I drop a few pounds fat for a lean mass gain of 5 pounds. When you're losing fat, you can't monitor muscle gains by a scale. You have to stare yourself down or get a good set of calipers. Peace out bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Ok, I'll tell you guys why I'm doing a short cycle: My last cycle was as follows: 1st week : 300mg Test/5 dbols ED 2nd week : 300mg Test/4 dbols ED 3rd week : 250mg Test/3 dbols ED 4th week : 250mg Test/2 dbols ED 5th week : 200mg Test/400mg Deca 7th week : 400mg Deca 8th week : Clomid ED for a week And these were the results: (in brackets)

Bro, OK i dont see the reason why you are doing novladex when doing that small amount of cyp...! You will not get any substancial gains off that cycle at all and will not put a inch on your arms in 4 weeks on that. OK here is what i would do for 4 weeks
I think your gains are unrealistic trust me on this im happy if i put on 10lbs to 15lbs of weight in just muscle. 10lbs is alot to gain and if you play your cards right you may put on half to maybe three quater's of a inch on your arms. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well, I guess I do have good genetics then, because I DID gain 20lbs off that cycle, I was 185lbs when I began, and after 1 month I was 205lbs. I measured my arms, I went from 16" to 17", my upper body grew considerablely and I gained only a little bit of fat. Just to be on the safe side, I think I will increase the Test, but I'll do it like this: 1st week: 7 dbols/day 2nd week: 7 dbols/day 3rd week: 7 dbols/day 4th week: 7 dbols/day 5th week: 6th week: 1 Clomid EOD 7th week: 1 Clomid ED for two weeks Off this for sure I would pick up the 20lbs I'm looking for. ------------------
