I�m planning on doing a cutting cycle and I�m looking for some input, good or bad. Right now I�m 225lbs @ about 15%BF. I would be shooting the sust every 4 days and I would start the T3 on my second week of the cycle.

Week Sust Clomid
#1-8 500mg
#9 50mg per day
#10 25mg per day

Day 1 - 4 50mcg/day
Day 5 - 8 75mcg/day
Day 9 -23 100mcg/day
Day 24 - 29 75mcg/day
Day 30 - 36 50mcg/day
Day 37 - 42 25mcg/day

How does that look? Should I use clen in there too? As far as diet and cardio go� I was thinking that I should set calories at 90% of maintenance and do 45min of cardio on an empty stomach 5-6 day a week. Should I cut calories lower? What is the maximum calorie deficit you can have, or is there one? Also, what kind of crash will I get from this type of mild T3 cycle? Thanks for any help or tips.

Why the question about sus for a cutting cycle? A little water doesn't bother me, I'm not going to be competing. I was under the impression that test. is good for cutting (with exception to water ret.), especially when T3 is thrown in.

Test has always worked well for me when cutting. But I've never tried sus, so I'm interested in hearing how it works for you.
