I will be starting a deca\ sustanon cycle next week,I will also have to start working 12 hr. days. Will that have a negative effect on my gains,I will still be getting at least 9 hrs of sleep and eating 6 good meals.

If you eat right, train right, and get your rest then you should grow just fine. If it is 12 hours of physical labor then I can see the need for some concern.

If you are married, then I can see it being a problem because of course your family comes first--spending time with them will cut away from your workout. If this is the case, then do what I did: I put two of my four workout days on saturday and sunday. that frees me up for work, sleep and the family more during the week if you want to look at it that way. Otherwise, being a single gigalo shouldn't be too much of a problem, Bro.

Good Luck,

4rt
