Ive been thinking of changing the excercises and maybe adding preexhaustion or rest pause or stuff like that. Do you guys change your routine or do you stick to something and just try to lift more and more over time?

I would like to know the same thing. someone told me to keep the same work out for one month, then change it totaly...and not to go back to that work out for six months.
did any one ever hear of that?

i never do the exact same excersises each time, i always change some part of it, I.E. Dumbell press insted of barbell,

I usually change the exercises every few workouts, and the frequency and style every few months. Anything to try and keep fresh.

I change it every time. Supersets, dropsets, try to max out...whatever I feel like that day.

I change my order up every workout....all except being that I always begin with a mass builder and never a single joint excercise.

On the other hand you must always remember that a muscle is made up of both FT fibers and ST fibers...and to complete a whole strong muscle is imperative that both be worked.

Change your rep scheme about ever 6 weeks...or at least is works for me.
