I was forced to take 6 months off from training when my bicep tendon detached.I lost 30 lbs(talk about deprssion).I've been trainig fr 15yrs and juicing for 10.I hope the surgeon knew what he was doing, because I start training again in 2 weeks.Been stock piling gear too.Anyone else go thru something like this?I,m dying to hit it again, but a little nervous on what to expect.Word of encouragement gladly excepted.

Iron Dave,

Had surgery on my shoulder. I woulda took the bicep any day. Took me 2 months of physical therapy to get range of motion back to near normal. Moral to this story, I am stronger than ever healed nicely but give it time.

i had brain surgery a year or so ago..and my brain swelled up to much, and dropped into my spinal column and left me paralyzed when i woke up..i couldnt feel my boyd for 4 months, and in the hospital for about 3. i had atrophy in every muscle..was down to 110 pounds. very unhealthy cause i couldnt eat and they gave me a feeding tube about 2 months in..i slowly have regained the feeling in my body, and now i have a little numbness in my legs.. im up to 180 pounds..and this experience has just made me much more mental and shit about everything... the more you are out..the more you want to get back in.and when you getr back in afte giving it the time you needed to rest, you will come back twice as hard
