For some reason, a big part of my bulking diet has ended up being sushi dinners with my girlfriend. Anyone have ANY idea what kind of nutritional intake we're talking about with your average sushi meal??? I usually eat three to four "rolls" by myself, filled with tuna, salmon, eel, or something of that sort.
