I want to go on DNP ill follow the recomindations and do 5mg/kg of body weight.

but i also want to go on a restricted diet with very limited carbs, and do cardio 6 times a week and weight lift 5 times a week. ill be doing one week on and one week off and cycle that way for 2 months. what do u guys think?? is this to much? im around 230 pounds with 25% BF

one week on one week off is not a good idea because it is more like 10-12days on an two days off.
better too go two on/two off

you will probably need to take ephedrine/caffeine if you wish to train that much- yohimbine would also be of benefit (pharm not herbal)

low carbs is not a good idea

you need to eat fructose to keep your liver glycogen levels up

plus a lot of the negative effects of DNP are as a result of low blood sugar- you should eat a moderate amount of carbs.

Peace

No heartattacks. Your training will be just fine. No keto diets, they can be dangerous. Just watch your diet, do your training. Try going 600mg/day days 1-3 and 400mg/day days 4-14. Take 2 weeks off and repeat. That should do nice.

BRO, do what macro said, don't go low carb, it's not needed on DNP. 2 months constant cycling of dnp, sh*t, best of luck to you man.
If you have question about diet etc. on DNP, feel free to email me. [email protected]

Also, keep us posted on you progress.
