It looks like you guys were all right when you said my BF was over 12%. I just had this air pod test that is supposed to be the most accurate test available. Well I am a tub of goo! TWENTY FIVE % FAT!!! I always thought 25% was for 300 lb. people with beer guts. If I tighten my stomach real hard you can see my top abs. The guy that did the test said most people underestimate their BF. He told me that he's had people that were 50-55%!!! I didn't think you could be alive with that much fat. Well I guess my self esteem has now been destroyed. All these years of training and all I have to show for it is a 405lb. bench. I'm a lard ass, I don't make much money and I have a small penis on top of that. No woman is going to want to marry me! I'm hopeless. Must have Cytomel or a shotgun! Thanks for reading my rant.

Pick your head up man... It can always be worst. You just need to take a look at your lifestyle(diet,training,ect...) and see what you need to change. So get off your ass, and do something about that damn BF...Keep your head up, and hit the gym man.

bro it is not the end of the world by any means, some cardio and some sensible eating and you can be at or better then 12% in no time....the main part is having the discipline to par take in something like this and i read in your post you have a 405lb bench so it sounds as though you have the discipline that it takes....the people on this board are by far the best around and will be glad i am sure to give ya any advice and also encouragement to help ya get to where you want to be......so now your first step is to set an attainable goal, one that is not to high and go after it and once you beat that set another one and so on and so forth.....well my friend good luck, i know you can do it!!!

Also if you want, you can email me your diet, with your total Kcal intake(break it down into Protein,fat,CHO intake) and give me your weight. And i'll try to see if I can set something up for you.

Hold your head up high Plifter, you are a power lifter not a bodybuilder. 8 wks is a good time to give yourself to drop 10% then go back to the doctor and see about the gyno op.

First 4 weeks try and lose as much fat as possibly naturally, eca, diet and so on as well as cardio and training (however after week 2 use 500mgs of sust so it will start kicking in on week 4 when you could do a 3 wk blitz of T3, clen and add some winny in there.
