I just wanted to post my pre cycle stats to keep yall updated. I recently tore my pec but its now fully healed andi got a full go fior training!!!!! Right now i am looking like shit..i lost a lot of weight. I am 5'11''...138lbs..rediculous i know....and about 3% body fat. I'm stacking ara-test, t-200, deca, and d-bol. Then at the end some winny. Clomid throughout of course. Wish me luck guys!!!!

i have always been lean..i think its my genes or something. I dont know tghough...and as far as the dose i'm only taking 5 d-bol a day and 1cc of the aratest, deca and t-200 a week.

just curious and i know no one can give me an exact weight...but about how much weight should i put on. I was thinking around 20-30 lbs. hopefully. Any guesses?????

Is it healthy to stay at a super low bf,
like 3% ? I don't know.

People overestimate their leanness...

Anything under 4% bodyfat and you are a corpse.

Yes its unhealthy to have supper low bodyfat all the time. I have a question for PapaSmurf428: Don't you think you should maybe workout a few months before you start taking your gear, just to get back in the flow of things? Just wondering.

I have been working out...but not reallly to build...just enough to stay hard and to get exercise. Now i finally got cleared to turn it up a notch and start hitting the weights hard like i could before my pec tore. My bf was tested 2 weeks ago and it was 3%..but it was one of those pinch test...so i assume its not that accurate.

I am a hard gainer too. My current cycle is pretty heavy on test this time and I have never had such dramatic results! You should get at least 20 lbs with a good amount of test. If it does nothing else for you, at least you'll get your drive back. Just my $.02
