Just curious to know how many people keep training logs? I keep a detailed record of exercises performed, equipment settings (seat settings, etc...), weight used and number of reps performed. The next time I train I can set up the equipment exactly the way it was last time and I know what weight to use this time vs last time. Takes the guess work out so you can focus on the training portion. Also lets me see strength progress over time. I know if i'm not getting stronger, then something is wrong. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
