Im wanting to do my second cycle and was wondering if I could achieve good gains if I were to do the same as my first. I did 500 sus...300 deca for 8 weeks. If I were to do this again and maybe say..throw in some ref-b, would I see good gains? The gains off of my first were not as good as i expected them to be, im thinking due to my diet. But lets say I maintain a good diet...would I gain? Or, would I be better off just changing it entirely..maybe a different test? This question has probably been asked before, but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks bros.

BTW...since I didnt gain as much weight as I would have liked to on the first, I was thinking of another bulking cycle. But do you guys feel you should switch back and forth from bulking to cutting? Does it matter? Im 5'9 205 now and would like to be 225. Just thought id add that..thanks again.

I say give it a try. Do the same cycle but change one very important thing this time...Diet. Eat more. Eat differently. Your body will respond. Remember. The drugs are just there to boost performance in the gym and enhance the body's ability to turn food energy into muscle mass. So change your diet and let the drugs do thier part and you will grow...most likely far better than your first cycle even with the same doses. Eat more this time around. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Beezers (edited January 19, 2001).]

Hey TheDragon, i would have to agree with Beezers here and go ahead with the same cycle and try and eat more then the first time....diet is a huge part of this as well as training and sleeping, you cant rely on the drugs to make you HUGE they just give you an added "boost"...also bro this is not an exact science and people react differntly so basically what i am saying is that you need to try things and see how they work for you then adjust accordingly from there..well bro thats it! peace |
