I need your help on Drug Tests...

I'm an olimpic wheightlifter, use roids (inject. and oral) and some Marijuana sometimes... The thing is, now they're testing for doping in my country and i realy don't know what to do !!! I've heard about some "magic products" for drug tests, is it work ??? What should i do bros ??? If i get caught i will dishonor my club, my coach, my family... you know... And it's impossible to get good results without some chemical help...
