i'm about to go on week 5 of my first cycle... 500 mgs of durateston a week. (mon/thursday split.)

while i've made some strength gains (20-30 lbs per exercise) i've put on practically NO weight. (5 lbs on a good day)

i've been eating like a horse - 200+ gs of protein a day, 3500+ cals. i get between 6-8 hours of sleep a night. drinking h20 like a sponge.

i'm 27, 5'10" 190# (on a good day)... what GIVES??? i am pretty sure my gear is real. i got it from a well known source.

so i'm already planning my next cycle, probably start in april. this time i am going to go with deca/winny/sust... does this sound good? (i'm not doing durateston again.)

You're not eating like a horse...You're eating like a rabbit. 3500 calories is bird feed bro. You weight 190 so I would think you should be eating AT LEAST 4500 calories and more protein as well. I would shoot for 1.5g/lb while on. Diet is the culprit here. You could cut up with 3500 calories. Eat more.

If you are not putting on weight, wheter it be from fat or muscle then you quite simply arent eating enough. Remember if you consume more calories than you burn then you will increase in weight. There is a slight possibility you are overtraining but without more info no one knows.

Up your calories by 1000/day and see if that starts adding on weight, if it does but a lot of fat cut the calories a bit, continue to experiment until most of your new gain is muscle. I would also up your protein intake slightly, but thats just me.

Geez, eating that many calories, that many times a day - sounds too much like work...and all this time I thought I could just pop a pill. If you want to look like a 220 lb guy you are not going to get there eating like a 190 lb guy. 'Nuff said.

are you sleeping enough? remember, you body grows while you sleep. try to get 7-8 a night.

i worked 2 jobs on one of my cycle, enth and deca, and i gained bout 9 pounds in 6 weeks. i was only getting 4-5 hours sleep a night. next time cycle, i slept almost 8 hours each night and gained beter and faster. GO TO BED
