I'm thinking about adding T3 and maybe some clen to this cycle. I was thinking the last 5 weeks or so. What do you think? What dosages? Does it matter what time of day?

I am 5'6", around 175-178, 12%bodyfat. Never used thyroid or clen before. Please enlighten me.

are you looking to increase protein synthesis or stay a little leaner? If you are only looking to increase protein synthesis, then start right after the dbol, for the last 5 weeks at 25mcg split half morning and half evening.

If you are looking to stay a little leaner, then I would only take it up to about 75mcg/day at the max. Go last 4-5 weeks. But I wouldnt go higher than 75mcg, you dont want to lose too much, since this does look like a bulk cycle.

I have no experience with t3 yet, but to increase protein synthesis then 25mcg/day will work, I'm sure at that dose and if you throw in clen then you will be able to lean out at the end.

Thanks Clem. I was going to start at 25 mcg and see what happens. I believe in moderation, so I probably won't go above 50/day. I was going to start it right after the dbol.

your diet does not have to be perfect on T3. You can pretty much keep your caloric intake normal and your metabolism will still be elevated. Just eat normally, high protein.
