WELL I HAVE FINISHED MY CYCLE, 10 WEEKS LONG. I TOOK 500mg SUS A WEEK 400mg DECA A WEEK 30mg DBOL FOR 6 WEEKS MY STRENGTH WENT UP ALOT, BUT I STARTED TO LOSE STRENGTH AT WEEK 10. MY BEST BENCH WAS 275 FOR 9 REPS (WEEK 9), LAST NIGHT 5 DAYS AFTER MY LAST SUS, DECA SHOT, I COULD ONLY GET 275 FOR 5 REPS. I TOOK 3 SHOTS OF HCG LAST WEEK, AND IM PRONLY GONNA TAKE ONE LAST SHOT OF DECA, TO HELP LESSEN THE CRASH, ILL TAKE THAT TOMMORROW. THEN A WEEK LATER ILL START THE CLOMID. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO TO TRY TO HOLD THE STRENGTH. WHEN I WORK OUT, SHOULD I STILL GO BALLS OUT, OR SHOULD I TAKE IT EASY. AND I HAVE A BUNCH OF CLEN, CAN I TAKE IT FOR ITS ANTI CANIBOLIC EFFECT. | ||

Clen will help, as will eating as much as possible but strength will still be lost. The body just doesn't run as efficiently without the extra test. Water weight will help your strength. The main thing is to try and hold on to as much as possible but prepare yourself mentally for these losses. Many bros can't handle it and this is why so many don't come off and end up with saturated receptors requiring higher and higher doseages and health complications. | ||

Saturated receptors again huh? What a concept. You will lose some strength as you come off how much will depend on eating, clomid and the clen will good. Just like strengthmonster just said. You can't possibly expect you're going to keep all that strength without bridging or adding a few weeks of eq at the end. The idea is to keep as much as possible. You are probably worrying about 5-10% of your gains at this point and 20-30% in a month. Forget it, that is still going to leave you way ahead of where you started. I DONT EXPECT TO KEEP ALL THE STRENGTH, BUT ITS SCARY, I PUT ALL THE HARD WORK INTO IT, AND SPEND ALL THAT MONEY ON GEAR, FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS, AND DAMM I WANT TO COME OFF THIS CYCLE WITH SOMTHING MORE THEN A COUPLE REP INCREASE. KING - adding four reps to your max is still a heck of a lot further than you would have been at the end of working out naturally for 10 weeks. you are a heck of a lot stronger than you were before the cycle. be happy with the gains you've gotten even looking at it post cycle. | ||

If you haven't been using clomid since day one,you just wasted your HCG.If you would have used clomid @ 50 mg.eod throughout your cycle, then you could have finished it with 3 weeks @100 mg.ed(MY PERSONAL CHOICE),and 50 mg ed for the last week,starting the last week of your cycle,and not experienced this. Since you are using Sust.,pick a day,for your last shot,wait at least 3 weeks the day from your last shot,Sust. takes a few weeks to stop exerting it's effects.You want to wait until it's all out of your system,then shock it.Then do a hit of HCG,@5000 iu,start clomid on the same day,and run it @ 100 mg.a day for 3 weeks,then 50 mg. a day for one more week. Do a second hit of HCG,one week after your first hit.then don't touch it anymore,but continue the clomid the way I advised.You will be fine.If you are losing strength 5 dats after your last shot,It's in your head,or you are not eating correctly. Some guys I know will do this when they are coming off.They feel like they can't gain or maintain when they come off,so they lower their intensity in their training and diet.Keep eating like you were on,Cut back your total # of sets, so you don't overtrain,and just do the basics.You should be able to at least maintain until the next cycle. Wait 12 weeks,get a blood test,and then start hitting it hard again ------------------ | ||

This is one of the reasons I hate coming off. My bench got up to 450 this cycle. then week after couldnt do it. following week, i was only doing 410 for 7 reps week after 410 for 5 reps week after that was 410 for 3 reps. As long as I stay up around 360 or 380 area I'll be happy, casue there is always next cycle to work back up again. ------------------ Check out The Muscle Max Bulletin Board | ||

Hey KK, This is the most critical part of the cycle. When coming off it is imperative that you start loading up on the creatine and keeping your protein intake up. In the past this has always helped me in keeping those strength gains. | ||

After a cycle, your natural tes levels are way below what they were on your cycle. If they are still at the high end of natural levels, there shouldnt be a reason why you cant keep the weight. Am I wrong? I think the main reason why people lose weight/strength is because they stop working as hard as they have while juicing it. I am guessing that our goal should be to not have significant drop in blood levels. Am I wrong? | ||

Come on Frank, clomid is useless during a cycle unless you take it just for the sport of it. KINGKONG69 You didn't waste your HCG, but you didn't use it right either. The HCG probably started your balls going back to their normal size and that is a good thing, but mostly aesthetic at this point. It is better to take 1000iu every day for ten days when you're finished. At the same time begin clomid at 200mg/day for ten days and then continue at 100mg/day. ------------------ | ||

I'm in the same boat bro--about 1 month out from my last shot. I took hCG, Clomid, and Clenbuterol (I'm continuing that). I'm not working out with the same intensity that I was during my cycle; I'm doing more of a maintenence routine. All this seems to be working o.k., but I am still losing size and strength slowly. I think that is just inevitable. ------------------ | ||

This is why I recommend the short 2-on/4-off cycles. You will definately not feel a crash afterwards. Try it. Also after cycle you should reduce the intensity of your workouts (I DO). When you stop gear, your body does not have enough testosterone to assisst muscle recovery after a really heavy workout. Therefore you may actually start loosing muscle. Keep your protein high and reduce carbs. |
