Should i train as normal or should i reduce the weight and forget about facilitating DOMS.
The 15 reps per set weight guidelines seems a bit "shit" and my mentality is all or nothing.
Any opinions especially from experienced DNP users would be appreciated.
Cheers

DNP is already going to fry your fat, and just your regular routine will be enough. I was doing 4-6 reps while on it and no cardio and I was still watching that fat melt away.

Some guys form suffers badly when on the dnp, whilst others say their training regime stayed aok.Knowing how you train,i say keep the intensity high & go for it,you're a fit f*#@%r anyhow hehehe.
The only problem might be a shortage of breath.Again that's down to the individual, but most users do at some point suffer from it.

Yeah,Monday morning mate.
I didn't cut carbs at all, just ate them clean i guess.Bananas(loads),potatoes, veg etc.As long as you keep of the high fats, you'll see some pretty drastic results.
I just took a basic multi vitamin/mineral tab,but what with the incredible amount of sweating, when i start my next dnp cycle next Friday,i will up my mineral intake drastically.Live & learn.

The first time Dorian Yates trained with dnp was before a Mr. Olympia contest. He reportitly lost an amazing 60 pounds in the MONTH before the contest. Turns out 30 pounds of it was muscle. Luckily Dorian was well above his normal contest weight to begin with it. He went on to win the mr olympia title once again.
