I am 5'6", started four weeks ago at 157 pounds.
200mg tes and 200mg primo per week.

I am now 174 pounds and my bench went from 315 to 405. I cant believe it!!!

I am starting creatine tonight, want to see how much more I can gain. So far, gains have been pure muscle, my strength reflects that. I dont feel that much heavier, but none of my clothes fit anymore.

I really expected a miracle I guess, I figured that almost twenty pounds would look a lot bigger on me.

I have 7 weeks left on my cycle and I just started heavy creatine, I wonder what I would look like at the end.

Any advice?

I am a bit disappointed though, I thought that 15 extra pounds would make me look bigger. People around me say that I got a lot bigger and my clothes dont fit anymore. I guess I just had this image in my head.

I just have to keep going and gain more I guess

Could it be that I got really dense and thats the reason the weight is not showing as much as I thought it would?

Remember muscle is heavier than fat. Also 15lb is dispersed all over your body, not just in one place. Trust me it isn't a bad gain at all. People who claim to put on 50lb+ are either all water, full of sh*t or extreemely rare cases. Besides didn't you say you ain't finished yet?

Yea, my strength went straight up, so I guess that indicates good muscle gain. I have seven weeks left and just started hitting Creatine really hard. I am watching my diet and my water consumption, so not much of the gain is water or fat.

How much of this do you think I will be able to keep after the cycle is over? I am not planing on slowing down on eating or working out. What do people usually keep after a mellow cycle like that?

It never looks as big as you think it will. Try being 6'2...15 pounds is hardly noticeable...until you cut up.

Kingkong, it is 11 week cycle, started on Christmas, which is four weeks ago. I am using two different scales to measure weight, one at the gym one at home. I was 155 for a long time, a couple of years, and I weighed myself right before I started.

I weighed myself for the past three days everyday to verify the weight, couldnt believe it myself.

The guy I train with was a competitive BB, so I get great training. He set me up with a diet, training and the gear. So I am not doing this by myself, I have a knowledgable person pushing me a lot.

I'm curious about Scuba's question myself. How much will he keep after he's through with the cycle? I'm sure there's ways to maximize it. I just got finished reading Dan Duchain's Anabolic diet but would love to here some thoughts from the living.
