Just want to see what everyones favorite is. I have only used DreamTan, in the bronze color, not the red, and it seemed to work well. Now I am not too sure what i want to use. Flexed1 used Dreamtan, and Flexed, correct me if im wrong, but it looks like you used the darker color right? And I have heard that Jan Tan is also a good choice. Hawawian Tropic is considered one of the best oils because it can make you darker and serves the purpose of having oil. Also PAM is something that alot of competitors have used. | ||

3 coats of protan and 2 coats of jan tana then sparay on the pam and blot it so you wont shine too much and your ready to go | ||

mr hand thanks for the advise I learned alot. Anyway use hotstuff over your tan before going on stage. Nothing beats it and tahts the bottom line. i used dark dream tan and it had glitter in it as my skin is natuarally dark. so whats your bodyfat 2 months out? | ||

Put on a thick coat of Pro-Tan every night for 3 leading up to the show...continue to tan in a bed those days...before the show, oil up with a thin oil, NOT thick like Baby Oil...I ordered Andreas Cahling oil with my posing suit and it worked fine...going to try the spray HotStuff after oiling up next time since I here it's a good vasodilator...100-200 mg Niacin about 20 minutes before pumping up is a good idea, too...and some simple sugars like a few Pixy Stix, etc., for the veiny look...hope this helps, bro! ------------------ | ||

MR HAND, YOU "ARE" A BITCH, ARENT YOU? HAHA! Thanks for all the help guys. Im gonna try the Dream Tan again, with hot stuff i believe. And Flexed, i havent checked my bodyfat yet, but im still weighing around 204, so its probably around 8%. I am not having too good of a week, seeing how i had a virus last sunday, and monday i had a 103 degree fever.....yikes! So, now that all that is over and done with, i have a terrible cough, and my head is constantly stopped up. I haven't worked out one single time this week. I havent lost ANY size, and not a single pound though, so i guess i can count my blessings and be thankful! I will let you know how the diet goes!
