 450mg of Eq, all at once or spaced out?

week 2 is coming up for me, that's when I throw in Equipoise. I'll be taking 450mg then down to 400mg, should I all take it in one day or space it out thru the week?     | ||

fuk dude, space that shit out through out the week. whats the dosage per cc of your eq? normaly its taken eod, 300 to 450 mgs per week. give more info here, maybe on of the mods knows dif, but I say space it out. | ||

I thought that the only reason that you spaced out EQ was because it used to only come in 50mg/ml. now that it comes in higher doses per ml you don't need to. I think it lasts about 7-9 days. correct me if I am wrong. peace | ||

it's fort dodge eq (50mg/ml) So, should it be spaced out, like mon----150mg or 3cc wed----150mg or 3cc fri------150mg or 3cc Does that work? | ||

yea that looks good to me, I dont think it wise to take any more than 3cc's in one injection for sure. Unless you wanted to hit 3 different sites in one day. anyone??? I take mine sun, tue and th, alternating glutes. | ||

A friend of mine that takes this stuff said to get the most benefit from it you must take a little EOD to total anyware between 200 to 400 Mgs/week. This is fast acting stuff in a very light oil. He has tried taking it at once, with results. Oh his second cycle of it he spaced it evenly over the week and he said the results were 2x better.. | ||

You should definitely spread it out like you said... but just for your info, undecylenate is a pretty slow-acting ester. it's very similar to decanoate and has a duration of about 2-3 wks. So, for example, if you were planning on taking 300mg of Ultragan per wk, there's no reason that 1 shot per wk wouldn't be OK. | ||
