Yes, this is a little off the realm of the board but I have trouble sleeping thru the night.It drives me crazy because most of the time I wake up at the same time, 3:30AM.
I have started to try melatonin, 3MG.
I slept like a rock, but did feel a little groggy when I woke. Anyone use melatonin and have it get their natural levels back to where they should be? I have had this problem before I ever hit the sauce, so I can eliminate that.

tried meatonin and it didnt work on me.
Also tried it with benadryl and that didnt work either. Tried sleeping pills they dont work.
If I take more than the box said the shit would have me wired and wide a wake.
That really blew my mind.
Alcohol seems to work though. LOL

I used to have the same problem. Then I bought Serentity and it helped, but now they made that illegal, I got this stuff from prosource called Sedazone, it's got melatonin 5 HTP, Kava Kava, zinc, copper and a few other things. Doesn't work like Serentity but it does make me more relaxed and easier to fall alseep.

Dude i'm in the same boat. For the last several years my sleep patterns have gone to
shit. I'm not sure how i have been able to grow at all. I'm up to the john 3 or 4 times a night every night. I have tried the over the counter meds and nothing keeps me a sleep.
So if anyone has a wonder cure please post.

same problem here. nytols keep me asleep for 5-6 hours then i'm up and WIDE awake.

i beat it before bed and if i wake up too early i beat it again and try to get back to bed. i'm LUCKY if i get 7 hours a night.

off the juice i easily get over 8 hours, uninterupted.

i've been hitting sus250 , dbal , win depot , and deca for about 2 1/2 months . i had my doctor give me ambian , resterol and valuim ...no sleep problems now !

Get some valium or the generic name diazapam. I have treid everything and this is what works. If there is a miracle cure this is it. Just do not take it before a workout or something because your intensity will be shit. Some guy's take it to keep a level head while juicing also.

Be carefull when venturing into the presciption sleeping aids...they can be very dependence forming when used for even a short period of time, making it very difficult to fall asleep natually without them. However, a good night sleep is very important to muscle growth and a feeling of well being. I would recomend 6-9mg of melatonin before sleep (do not exceed 9mg, for this is not beneficial for the body), this will help you fall asleep more naturally which in turn will increase your growth and performance the next day. Also, the minute you wake up, the melatonin naturally burns out of your system immediately when you see the morning light. When using benzos (valium, zanax, etc,), non-benzos (ambien, sonata), or antihistamines (benedryl, nytol, etc.) to fall asleep most experience a groggy feeling the next day after frequent use, which would be counter-poductive for training. My recomendation for you is to eliminate any stimulant type medications you take before nighttime (clen, t-3, caffeine, ephedrine, etc.), and if this does not solve your problem, you can always add the melatonin and also some kava kava and 5-HTP, which works very well.

Well I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and I've been taking xanax, serzone(an antidepressant/sedative) plus nyquil every night for years. No sleeping problems here. But this won't work too well unless you've got a doc to presribe for you

Sorry plifter, I didn't mean to include people with anxiety disorders. With those type of cases you absolutely need something to relax, and without that, you wouldn't be able to sleep at all! All I was trying to say is that without a natural night of sleep, you body doesn't function as optimally as with one. This is proven, whether you can feel it the next day or not...some people can not distinguish the difference between a good night sleep and a medicated night sleep (which isn't bad), but ultimately the body is being comprimised. Now in a case of anxiety the body is more compromised with out any sleep at all, so medicine has determined that any sleep is better than no sleep...without sleep we would die!

I hope this clarifies it a little bit.

I can not sleep for shit when I am on a cycle. Always been that way for me. Seems I am wired all the time. I just live with it. If there is a way to sleep on a cycle I would like to know.

GHB or one of its analogues really does the trick. If you can't procure GHB, try 1,4, butanediol. It is sold as a cleaning agent and is perfectly legal in the U.S. except for like 3 states.
