I heard this stuff is good to take to protect your liver. My questions is, if my cycle consists of oral steroids and I want to minimize the liver damage, will Milk Thistle cancel out the positive steroid effects? Should I take Milk Thistle during my cycle or after or both?     | ||

I take mine twice daily while on my cycle. just like the bottle says. ------------------ | ||

Yes use it, it won't stop gains, and will help protect your liver, of course, it won't cancel the liver damage totally, but use it for at least 1 month after the cycle and your liver should not suffer majorly.... ------------------
