I tore a rotator cuff years ago and anything on the incline bench hurts in a bad sort of way. How can I build my upper chest? Any ideas

When I do narrow grip benches I feel it in the upper pecs. Also heavy front plate raises will hit that area some.

the other day someone showed me a way of doing dips for the upper chest. What you do is take a reverse grip on the dip rack (feels really awkward on the wrists at first) and concentrate on pushing your upper chest together to get yourself up (not pressing with the tris). He said this was a favorite pec movement of Larry Scott. It did make me pretty damn sore.

ya bro try this i might not be able to write this out good, but go on the smith machine and have a flat bench and its like bench press but instead of hitting your mid chest with the bar hit the upper chest like the uuuppper chest not to high where the neck is but try this....the upper chest.
AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE!!!!!
P.S.GAMEOVER!!!!!

This isn't really a mass builder, but I like it as a finishing exercise...

Do low pulley cable flyes, these really target your upper pecs. A little awkward at first, but very nice.

Peace
DrZ

Low pulley standing crossovers, pullovers and push ups with your feet on a high bench.

Try the smith machine that is more of a strict movement.

If they have Hammer strength equiptment
then that would be your best bet.
