Hey guys.. whats up. Looking to start my first cycle sometime next month. I want the emphasis to be on lowering my body fat % to be more defined. I figure I could do that two ways:

1) Cut while adding a few pounds of muscle
2) Add massive amounts of muscle

Here are my options on gear:

Anadrol
Anavar
Andriol
Arimidex
Clenbuterol
Clomid
Cytadren (T3)
Cytomel
Dianabol
Proviron
Nolvadex
Winstrol

What do you guys think would be the best combo? Right now I am 210 about 14% bf. I have a few ideas of my own but would like to hear everyones suggestions. Of course I would dose and cycle everything properly. Thanks for your opinion...

Only orals? Why?

It is very hard to do a good cycle without utilizing injectibles.

Working with the items on your list only, Winny/Oxandrolone wouldn't be bad (but will cost a fortune.) Alternately, D-bol/Ox would work too, but wouldn't be cheap either.
In either of the above versions, if you take 50 mg per day of each agent, you will get reasonable results (some will suggest lower doses, but I wouldn't go below 50 mg per day of each.) Split the doses into at least 3 equal parts, spread throughout the day (Winny, Ox,) or at least 4-5 equal parts (D-bol.) If you utilize D-bol, be sure to have some extra Clomid on hand, or some Nolvadex.

Clomid will be essential post-cycle. 300 mg/day (divided doses) for the first two days, then 100 mg/day for two weeks, then 50 mg/day for two more weeks.

But really, add an injectible (Test, Deca, Primo, Eq -- anything!) and you will find it a much more rewarding cycle.

Hrmm, thanks for the advice. I've thought about injectables but a few things kind of bug me out. One, I've never injected myself before. Can't I kill myself by there just being an air bubble in the syringe? Also where the heck can I get syringes? Actually I'm going to go look through the back pages for any info on injecting yourself for the first time.

Injecting yourself is easy. You will NOT kill yourself! The shots are IM, not IV, so unless you happen to find a vein (unlikely if you know where to inject, and easily checked via aspiration,) air bubbles won't matter.

The first time is intimidating, but once it is over, you will laugh at your fear. After two or three cycles, it becomes completely second nature.

There is plenty of info on this on the web (is it 2Thick's site? If not, just look around.) Syringes can be ordered from carecenter.com.
