I have heard a variety of different opinions about this and am wondering what most of you think. Does anyone know what is the absolute best suggested length of time to stay on the ECA stack before the benefits start to decrease? Also, what is the optimal amount of time to stay "off" of the ECA stack in order to receive maximum effeciency when starting again?

Lets say a person was to stay "on" the ECA stack for 4 months straight (obviously too long). How long should this person stay "off" for before he can start taking ECA again with maximum benefits?

What I've noticed that happens is this:
Say you took it for 4 months like you suggested, you take a week off. When you start again after a week you will feel jittery and feel the full effects. However, your body seems to adjust to it much quicker and you will get numb to it faster than when you started 4 months ago. After your on it for maybe a week and a half, it will feel just the same as it did before you got off of it.

I would say try 2 weeks off with no caffeine or aspirin. If you get mega headaches it is because of withdrawl. Those should stop after about a week. Then stay off for another week and get back on and you should be good.

Thx for the reply.

What about the normal period for on/off cycles?

I've heard everything from 2 weeks on/2 weeks off to 8 weeks on/1 week off!

I just stop whenever the effects aren't really worth it.. if I take it first thing in the morning and I'm still yawning an hour and a half later.. well, that tells you that you need some time off.

I see what you are saying. However, just because it is not giving you energy anymore, does that mean that its fatburning qualities are not working anymore either?

The fat burning effects are still there. If you get off, you will burn less calories each day. However, over time, it is better to take a week or two off. This is because when you get back on it, you will more than make up for the two week and longer you would have been on it with reduced effects. Get it?

Say you have been on ECA for 4 months (like you said). It no longer works nearly as good. You continue on for two more months, and its giving you no energy at all really.

or

You can be on it for 4 months. It doesnt work as well so you take 2 weeks off. You get back on it. 6 months after you started it will still give you energy.

Over this 6 month period you will probably burn more calories taking the 2 week break. Why? Because you will burn more calories in the long term. Also the appetite supressing effects and energy the ephedrine gives you will be more noticable.

When you start noticing that your nerves are fried and you're always yelling at people, you've been on it too long.

Right now instead of ephedrine I am using MD6 (old formula with norephedrine/yohimbine/caffeine) and some green tea extract.

Between these two products I seem to be losing fat just as well as with E+C if not better, and the side effects are much better.

The less ephedrine you can get away with, the better.

Personally I don't like the cranked up feeling and am planning to use these things less in the future.
