This may be a silly question, but is it possible to drink too much water in one day, or at one time? I know that we should all be drinking 1-2 gallons each day. However, what if a person drank 4 or 5 gallons in one day? Would this be disadvantagous in any way? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Other than the fact that you'd be pissing every 5 mins I don't think there is a disadvantage, but you better hope it's filtered water, tap water probably has chemicals that you'd be doubling intake into your system... ------------------

Actually, people that try to prepare for a drug test and over drink can get very sick. I think it thins out their blood and over works their kidneys, but you are talking about A LOT of water. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
