not sure, but after a doctors vistit once I quit using the injectable b-12....He told me that it causes kidney stones real fast if you use to much.... | ||

thanks for the info did not know that, i was only planning on using 1cc of 1000mcg a week. how much were you using? | ||

I do not remember the mgs but I was using 1cc every 4 days and I was also whacking a cc before I went out drinking on the weekends . I beleived some friends who had told me that it helps with hangovers...oh well we all did stupid shit when we were young!!! |
