This will be my first cycle, I'm going with deca at 200-400-400-400-400-400-400-200. And I'm getting some Proviron tablets 25mg in case that deca dick becomes and issue. And will proviron also give a harder cutter look as well. Thanks I appreciate any advice or suggestions. How much weight will I gain I weigh 160 currently with like 8% body fat and I'm 5'9.

Get some clomid too.

I think you should get 12 to 15 lbs. Clomid is the key to maintaining your gains. Proviron will do what you want, but it doesnt effect your test level as clomid does. Remember protein is the defining line on deca gains.
