I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR FIRST QUESTION BUT TO ANSWER YOUR SECOND QUESTION, ECA IS AN EPHEDRINE, CAFFINE AND ASPRINE STACK. IT IS USED MAINLY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO CUT UP AND SOME PEOPLE TAKE IT BEFORE A WORKOUT TO GIVE THEM BETTER PUMPS. HOPE THIS HELPS M18

Whoah! going back to first grade! Anyway, here's your answer: There is NO supplement out there that has suppressed estrogen efficiently, although IMHO I think Soy Isoflavones could do it in theory. Andro will CAUSE more estrogen problems than prevent them. Yohimbe does NOTHING for blocking estrogen or raising testosterone. Tribulus can possibly raise Test levels, like Clomid, but has not show anti-estrogen like effect. ECA is just the world's most hyped fat buning combination, it has been reharshed too many times to count. It's Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin stacked together. ------------------

Look into flax seed oil. This is supposed to help lower estrogen levels if i'm not mistaken.

Indole-3-Carbinol is still up for grabs on its effectiveness. I just read an interesting abstract on it, and would like to know if any one else has had any success with this compound. Let me see if I can dig up the page: http://www.nutrition.org/cgi/content/abstract/130/12/2927 MR. BMJ

I read somewhere that Dan Duchaine noted a couple of things. This is from memory and it doesn't take the place of something like armidex. lignen rich flax see oil I would stick to novaldex or armidex myself.

I have read that fibre helps 'eliminate' estrogen as far as natural methods go. Maybe eat heaps of cauliflour and cabbage juiced as well so you get indoles plus fibre. Nicotine is supposed to be good for this but that is a drug. |
